Providing trauma care to affected workers, or across Australia we extend our services 'online' via Zoom/Skype or by Phone Counselling Support for employees who are finding struggles in life including marriage/relationship issues, difficulties with teenagers, feel they are affected with anxiety, depression or stress, or you have an employee who has been bullied/harassed needed some short term support.  Usually our services are short term engagements with no-locked in contracts. 


We provide solutions focussed counselling which aims to support and empower employees and members of their families through a variety of best practice counselling approaches and frameworks to assist in resolving personal and work-based issues.


The money you invest in your workers today by providing counselling support, will keep them productive and give them a short turn around to full recovery. Our fees are one off or can be at a fixed agreeable rate.

Guidelines for Online Appointments for EAP Counselling
We can maximise our online experience if we both:

  • ensure that we have a private, quiet, dedicated place for our meeting.

  • make sure that we have all that we need at our fingertips, for example; notes, books, pad, pen and a drink.

  • remove distractions; ensure that the TV, radio, kids, work colleagues or other computer applications are turned off.

  • have had a few minutes to prepare ourselves before meeting, so that we are relaxed and 

  • focused, not rushed with scattered thoughts.

  • consider this a normal appointment, the same as if visiting a G.P, Dentist or other healthcare professional in their office. We wouldn’t wear our pyjamas to an appointment (though we might like to), so lets keep the space professional.
